The company's founder, Robert Kramer had been in the appraisal business for more than twenty years. Before that, he was a realtor and owner of Century 21 Higgins here in Goshen. In 2000, Mark Kramer, Robert's son, joined the business and in 2012 became owner/president. Tracy King completes the staff as office manager.

Our current turnaround time for appraisals is 4 to 7 business days, depending on the type of appraisal. Typically, we schedule the inspection of the property within the first 24 to 48 hours, and the report will be completed within three business days.
Elkhart County is home to Elkhart, Goshen, Nappanee, Middlebury, New Paris and other smaller towns. We are well-acquainted with all of these areas, and the importance of the locations within the popular school districts of Middlebury, Wa-Nee, and Fairfield.
